It's the one song on the album he didn't write. It's penned by Biff Rose (lyrics) and Paul 'Bugsy Malone' Williams (music) and it's totally cringe-worthy!
To make things worse, he actually did write it (http://www.illustrated-db-discography.nl/). "Fill your heart" was the Biff Rose cover. Lovely falsetto he's got there.
