Spoke to the folks that were able to attend and was informed that although windy, weatherwise (yes some of the gang are too), everyone was having a great time. I'm sure there'll be photogs coming. Phlabs was in the midst of a match with the short one. Don't know who was ahead of whom.

Thanks for the update. I'm gonna make that party some day!

You won't regret it. See you there next year...or the next.

It was a great event and I recommend it highly. The company was great, the food
was great, and the conversations were lively. Oh, and there was chess too!!
It rained a bit off and on, but it didn't spoil the fun. Thanks to Phlabibit and his
lovely wife for being great hosts.

I, for one, will do my best to try and make it again next year.

Thanks SC... I kind of thought I 'let the folks down'.

Lots of wind, cool because a cloud hung over us from about 2pm to near 5... and rain when the bonfire was started.

Glad you enjoyed it, and the next one is almost guaranteed to be better because we'll have it a bit earlier than October. This is good to hear considering you came all the way from that country called 'The United State of Texas'.

I guess good food and company is enough for a good time. Glad to hear you liked it.

What? Are you God? How could you let the folks down when it came to the weather? It's the company that makes it work and you guys (remember I was there last year) are a great bunch. Maybe next year check out the long range weather forecast and pick a "good" day eh.😏

Nobody was let down, Crazy.

It was good to see everyone and the food was very good - especially the steamers. Whoever brought the steamers is a total genius.

Thanks, Phil, for having us - being able to hang out was a good time for everyone, that's the point.

Wish I had been able to attend.

I will try any food once. Eyes don't scare me.

I would be the TRIUMPHANT WINNAH on those reality TV shows where the contestants have to eat entrails and eyeballs and giant insects.

Yes, Sir. 'Pinch heads and suck tails'. Sure brings back

wonderful memories of six glorious years in Houston.
