Shouldn't ironman31 be deleted from the players tables by now if his account has been deleted, it would be a step closer to normality on RHP and we can all put this behind us.

He should be gone very soon.

The system should adjust him to a rating of 500 and resign his games.

Just might take a day or two.

As far as I know he will retain those.

I think they should be given to the people who came second in the ones he won.

Yes I agree give the cups to next best player in the tournaments.. it's their time & money they have wasted playing the low life IM31 and now everybodys ratings are artificially low because of the cheating scum.

It's good to see some form of reparation being talked about in association with cheating . This seems fair . As much as I feel the ratings should somehow be adjusted , I understand that's too big a can of worms to open up . But giving cups to the runner-up in tournaments seems more than fair .

Thinking about it more, it actually seems more complicated than what I suggested.

How about a high-rated banded tourney? Who's to say that the opponent IM faced in the 1st round wouldn't have gone on to win?

Ratings adjustment is even worse, as you say. I like this idea of putting cheater's ratings at 500 and resgning all games at once.
