European and US officials have not identified any targets that terrorists might be considering, the official said. Officials have called the threat credible but not specific. Officials have been concerned that terrorists may be plotting attacks in Europe with assault weapons on public places...
so...if you are thinking of visiting any city in Europe just be really, really alert for hooded guys with assault rifles!

No - if they carry assault rifles, they're much more likely to be a teenager in the USA. The only assault rifles I've seen over here were in the hands of the London Special Branch, during the Troubles, and Rome's Carabinieri, all the time. Teenagers are more likely to carry an offensive attitude (and smell...) than an offensive weapon.
