Preamble: Recently I have been thinking that the bright green of my avatar pic might stand out too much in forum threads, and now I have learned that my username could have unfortunate connotations on the other side of the planet.

The thing in the back of my head has suggested "Arkturos" for the next username.

Edit: I think I'll just go with it: Kevin Eleven --> Arktur ...[text shortened]... ght have a capital A with a little k to the left and a little 11 to the right for the short term. 😉
I like the new username.

Can I ask why you went for that particular spelling rather than the star?

Only until you actually may need one, and I don't mean you personally anyone. I certainly wouldn't want a lawyer who had to live in someone's shed, I am sure you wouldn't either.

Thank you, and no particular reason that I can remember (I had been using that as a hostname for Linux installations for a few years).

Edit: I hadn't thought to check the player database beforehand, but it turns out "Arcturus" was already taken anyway.

Not to be overly self-involved -- really just mentioning this ahead of time so that no-one is alarmed or confused when the next change happens, but the current "star" avatar is really just a placeholder until I find just the right font to use for a capital "A" on parchment instead (I'm sure Trev might get a giggle out of that).
