Just like you would on a PC except instead of the ctrl key you use the key with the apple on it. There should be two, one either side of the space bar.

Apple + C = copy

apple + x = cut
apple + c = copy
apple + v = paste
apple + z = undo
apple + p = print
apple + s = save
apple + a = select all

apple key is also known as "command"...I've pasted a load down below.

backspace also works as delete key

cntrl + mouseclick (or trackpad click) is the equivalent of a right mouse click on a pc. to bring up your drop down menus etc

alt + apple followed by the on/off button is force quit if ever a programme crashes...worth writing this down as it happens so rarely that you'll never remember it!
