This setting ist very unfair.
Once a player set the vacation flag or a vacation period , he is able to set his moves without resetting the vacation setting. Therefore the player are able to play selected games althrough he says "I´m on vacation" to the community with his vacation flag and althrough he is under protected circumstances.
The better way is to force the player "on vacation" to reset the vacation setting before it is possible to perform a move by a player who is on vacation, if he wish to play further.
In the following opposite players have a chance to claim timeout if the vacation flag is resetted because players who move are not in vacation at all.

If not, then you can't really complain much that other people do pay for their subscriptions and therefore do get certain "perks" that their subscription brings. These "perks" are also available to all, and for the same price.

Ein Abo kaufen hebt die unfaire Behandlung nicht auf. Auch dann kann der Spieler während der Urlaubsperiode ziehen ohne ein timeout befürchten zu müssen und die Spiele, auf die er antwortet oder nicht selektieren.

Cash did not overcome the unfair treatments. As long as the player who sets the vacation period are able to select his games by movement the rest of his opponents have to wait - all the same wether they payed or not.
The points are:
* Timebank is made for unforseen absences. So no vacation is needed.
* vacationist (at least those who move) hinder the progress of games (and tournaments).
the replies are:
* this is correspondence chess. if you don't have time try blitz.
* select timeout/timebank according to your needs.
* pay a subscription and you can play as many games as you like. If somebody chooses to delay, shrug your shoulder and beat them.
