my friend who is a nurse told once of a patient that came into the A&E on valentines day.
He thought it would be a romantic idea to put the end of a rose (the stem) up his penis for his girlfriend...
anyway remember the thorns/spikes on the stem - guess what they cut him and his penis swelled to the stage he couldn't walk and had to be carried to hospital
hows that for a valentines day injury?
