My brother got hold of some when he was 23. It was his birthday present to his girlfriend 😵. While he assures me that it does work, he was rather annoyed at the fact that, once they had decided to go to sleep, he had to spend the entire night trying to get comfortable as his wang was standing to attention, ready for battle, well into the next afternoon. 😉
It seems to me this must be the female equivalent of "roofies"... grind one up into your date's drink and be guaranteed a good time!
