heh...

We're playing Lee's Palace on Monday. Our biggest show so far. Too bad you still didn't live in Toronto, you could witness darvlay's stage antics...

Sorry. "The Word" rules. You guys are the best Christian Rock band in Toronto. LOL 😛

The only thing that we have in common with Christ is that our blood is also made of booze.

But you're still right.

I expect a recording in the post!

Anyway, I thought you weren't talking to me 😛

Can I just make it clear to people who might believe otherwise that bands such as Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park are not rock, but in fact a bunch of flower-peppered pansies doing pop with distorted guitars, pretending to be troubled and yet somehow remembering to tie their shoelaces and brush their teeth before their mummies take them to school. Thank you for you time 🙂
there are some rather apt Bill Bailey lyrics to complement this, about american rock. excet, i can't find them on the internet and i know i'll misquote them so i shant post them 🙂

I could never stay mad at you.

Sorry, pal. No recordings yet. Perhaps in a few months. PBE6 and The Word are touring England, Scotland and other places in March. You would probably get a kick out of their music.

Don't you ever take a feed from the club desk and record it? It's great torture for other band members, video's even better, hehehe "See, you screwed that bit up, and look, you hit yourself in the head with the mic there...." etc 🙂

We're into the studio mid feb to do our first proper recording, really looking forward to it, I'll put a copy up on my site when it's done.

Awesome! My first plug. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank darvlay and The Knifings, as well as Heineken and Brill Cream - Brill makes it better.

We're going to be at the Cavern in Liverpool on March 18 & 19, and at King Tut's Wawa Hut in Glasgow on March 24. We're going to be drunk the rest of the 2 weeks. If you're in the area, come out and play a game of chess with me at the rock show.

We record our rehearsals on Mini-Disc for reference purposes, but not our shows. In most places, we don't even put the guitar amps through the PA so a proper recording would be difficult to get. I wouldn't want to distribute anything that I didn't consider our best effort.

How many in your band? Are you guys paying for the studio out of your own pockets?

Band's called Bob The Dog. A great deal of shameless plugging has been done before so it will come as no surprise to the rest of you when I say 'you can see what it's all about here http://www.dogstarr.org.uk/bobthedog/'

I'm afraid I won't be able to get so far north PBE6 🙁

Yes we're paying for it ourselves, 5 in the band (well 4 + an ex-basssist who has agreed to chip in for the recording process) and it's costing us around £450 (CA $1050 approx) 🙁
