I am going to the US on holiday for 2 weeks, and the 2nd week is when the World Cup starts. Will there be live coverage of every game on US television, or just the US games?

Yes, this time every game is on. Most on ESPN2, some even on ABC. Previously world cups I had to get a special package just to see all the games.

So if I am staying somewhere which says it has cable TV, I can see all the games?

I've watched all the games from the last three World Cups in Espanol on Univision, which is a Spanish-lanugage free channel. I don't know if they show every game from the first round, but it seems like they show every game from each successive round.

as long as they have espn2 and abc you should be able to watch every single game.

With UK commentators so no americans pretending to know what they are talking about, lol, at least last time with the UC they were just mirroring the english broadcasts but that was on ppv i expect something like that again, well hope for something like that again, lol

p.s. if you are in the neighbourhood of bakersfield, california (i can't think of a reason why anyone would want to be there on a holiday though) you are welcome to come over and watch the games at my place.

Not if it's next to a "Honkey-Tonk" bar...you won't be able to hear the announcers from the headboards on the bed in the next room banging against your walls....YEE-HAW!!!

Hey, I've never been to any Honkey Tonk bars like that! Where exactly is this place you are referring to? 😲

Nah, I'm holidaying it up in Florida, and our apartment has cable tv. I suppose getting the 3rd test between England and Sri Lanka might be a bit harder tho?! 😞
