Yes, I am an IT ignorant, but I want to make a dazzling web page, and I am cheap as hell.

So, you wizards, please recommend to me a FREE & super nice (and more than html) web page designer, like the webpagemaker but better.

$200 is quite expensive for a template! What was it, a full flash site?

I've heard good things about these guys and they have a large amount of templates available:
