I start the day off with 2 cups of tea ,
Have cut down my coffee intake as well ,its just one of those things you have to work at .
My heart seems ok as my pulse is 48 ,never have a funny stomach from the coffee and im never nervous ,have been a big coffee drinker all my life thats all.
