I made sausage, egg and cheese on a great cheese loaf, cooked on our sandwich cooker.
For me and wife. Boil the link sausage then slow fry them and cut long ways to fit better in sandwich.
Butter the bread on the sides contacting the cooker first,
really great sandwich, much better than WAWA or McDugels or Buger king.
