I think you're overestimating the ones not designed to make a profit because somewhere in there, you get what I'm talking about, yet you just want to pile on the scorn, FMF-style.

No. Putting the word Christians in quotation marks, as you do, is pretty much as self-righteous as you can be. That's the reason.
