So, for personal reasons (which I am sure Bob would
love to learn but I will keep just among friends
) I have
not been able to indulge in my love for move theater
going, and premiers which I wanted so bad to watch in
such a setting are being now removed from the local cinema.

So, for one time only, I will make an exception and watch
them at home. Not awesome but, well, got to make do.

Which ones do you think I should tackle? The Revenant?
Star Wars? Hateful Eight? Specter? No spoilers, please.

Cheers. Well. Popcorn time it is then!

P.S. I prefer to carry my sword but I'll consider the suggestion.

I went to the latest Alvin and the Chipmunks movie this afternoon...DON'T bother with it. It sucked, though my foster child and his friend loved it.

There is nothing new by Alvin. Didn't you confuse squirrels with Snoopy?

Every time I want to revisit sci-fi, I end up watching Blade Runner all
over again. Can anything top it in its genre?

Star Wars. Every time. Loved it. I've seen The Revenant. Too unremittingly grim for me. But Star Wars bears watching again and again. Might go back for a repeat showing.

Prequels. Sequels. Oh my. If I were to watch my first Star Wars ever, which one should I start with?

The (chronologically) first three. Stopped caring after that.

Now, with Disney squeezing the juice out of every chance to
perpetuate it, I don't feel so excited about it.
