The weekend including or prior to the 18th December. Then the tree is up for at least one week (potentially almost two weeks) before Christmas Day.

This year will be going up Sat 17th Dec (next year Sat 16th Dec).

I am not having a tree inside. It is utter sillyness, cutting a tree to death to put it in your house for a few days or weeks.

😉 Around my house we decorate one of various ceiling-high house-plants with tiny little minature lights and ornaments. ( We try to include a voodoo doll Bush with the usual emaciated angels...)
