Eating is also a good option. I have gone through so many sandwiches while sitting in front of this website. My favorite is roast beef, provolone chees, and peppercorn ranch dressing in a whole wheat wrap.

I watch tv, listen to music, research things on the internet, daydream, play a video game, ect. It is no wonder I do not play more bad moves then I do.
