You've all seen them, I just watched this repulsive ad for something
called "wellbutin", some kind of anti-depressant. The ad says
Qoute Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems as there
is a low percentage of bad reactions Unquote.
Tell you doctor. Don't know about you but I expect my doctor to
tell ME when I am having those problems. It seems to be suggesting
I have seen one doctor about depression and another doctor about
having liver problems or whatever and therefore I have to tell doctor
#2 about the results from doctor #1. I wonder what well paid lobby
group got laws changed so drug companies can start adverts.
I think its despicable. What is your take on this? Are drug companies
allowed to advertise in other countries besides the US?
