What doe this mean?

i notice at the side of peoples forum names it says 'total recs' and then a number.....what does that mean?

I believe that it signifies the total number of recommendations that your forum postings have acquired.

All post that are recommended every week appear in the "Recommended" page which you can get to by of course clicking on "Recommended". 🙂

I think the point trying to be clarified is that the "Total Rec's" number by your name on the left of the post is not an indication of how many of your posts have received a recommendation.

It's the total number of recommendations that ALL of your posts have received. Some posts could receive several, and some could receive none at all.

An individual post shows the number of recommendations it has received, up at the top of the post.

Does that help, or have I confused the point further??
