Enlightenment is man's release from his self-incurred tutelage. Tutelage is the incapacity to use one's own understanding without the guidance of another. Such tutelage is self-imposed if its cause is not lack of intelligence, but rather a lack of determination and courage to use one's intelligence without being guided by another. -Immanuel Kant

Enlighten yourself, fool.

Chess is a game that predates back to 1337 BC. Invented by the Native Americans in Queens, New York, it was played upon a board that was sewn upon the back of ugly girls in an attempt to let the player not see the girl's faces. Seeing as the girl's backsides were also very ugly the player wasn't that happy with this new arrangement and this lead to the Ugly Culls of 1330 BC.

The game was actually just an excuse to hit the ugly girls with sticks until they die, upon which you would stick them in a box and throw them in the ocean.

In 200 BC the game arrived in India, due to a Native American mistakenly playing the game on the tribe elder (special care was taken to preserve the corpse of an elder, as they shot lasers out of their eyes and all that funk) and the corpse arriving in a well-crafted and very floatable box.

Jesus Christ, who was vacationing in India, took the game and turned it into the modern game. It was meant to be a way to show how societies were not meant to be run, but unfortunately, thanks to Jesus' lisp, messages got mixed, and the Dark Ages were the effort to replicate a perfect society from chess.

After the end of the Dark Ages, which chess boards returned to nailing wooden boards to cats and witches, Chess has become exceedingly despised, and is used as a form or corporal punishment, and a way to make sure old people have something boring and dull to keep occupied with.

Despite societal views on Chess, some people play the game regularily and even hold Chess tournaments. Perhaps the most well-known Chess player is five-time tournament champion Hitler, who has beaten the likes of Bill Cosby and Thomas Edison and was later beaten by Optimus Prime. There is a rumour that Optimus was recently beaten by his extra marital son Frostbite, who introduced the now classic "fire a intercontinental ballastic missile at your opponent whenever you are losing" move.

This is fairly comprehensive: should be end of thread.

Intelligent that, use some one else's quote to say something negative about another person as you don't have the intelligence to state your own quote. - Chess Moose
