"Yes, but i dont care" - they would however have been peeved should they have not have had the offer to participate though.

However, if you let him watch it's not cheating, it's a blessing!
Edit: If you offered him to join you, then's it's not cheating, it's called dating a loser.

I think we're missing the point, regardless of who joined in, watched etc. or what sexuality each was, if they didn't know about it prior to the event, then it was cheating. Regardless of what floats your boat, you should always be honest and up front about it.
