if the same position, with the same options (i.e. en passant and castling) appears 3 times in a game a draw can be called. i think...

Correct. Unfortunately the site does not take account of this rule, so you have to take it up with your opponent.

This should be corrected as soon as possible, I think-- it's a flaw that could directly effect the outcomes of games.
