Not trying to be a smart ass, but plugs are always in the cylinder head.
I googled several Ford Mustang triton engines, but never saw a recognizable plug or plug wire or boot. But then I am an old Chevy man, recently converted to Mopar. I had my Chrysler for a couple of years before I realised the plugs were in the center of the valve covers, just like on a Hemi. 😞
Perhaps Skeeter or SJ can help you, they seem to know their way around an automobile. 🙂
