Cat feces, especially when they are still moist. The last time I was watching a couple cats for my friends, it took me six attempts to clean the litter.

Anything put in my mouth that isn't destined for my stomach, like chewing gum. Causes me real problems when I visit the dentist. 🙁

I have that issue too. Two valiums within 15 minutes of the appointment take care of this wonderfully though. The downside is you become mentally handicapped for the rest of the day and should probably book a short chess vacation.
