Many, many years ago I was a (bad) judoka. Not as many years ago I was a (not good, not bad) runner, but my left knee can't take that any more.
Being Dutch, I cycle almost every day, but that's for transport; still, I'm faster than most non-sports cyclists, and on a nice day I'll happily take my tourer out for a few hours' "going somewhere as an excuse".

So you will die eventually but at least your healthy for now!
