if someone needed to use a colon before something in parethesis? It wouidn't work, and it would portray an emmotion that wasn't intended on being shown. Everyone would think you were sad, when really all you were doing was over-separating different parts of the same sentence🙁that's not to say that you really aren't sad😉 (however, I think this is improbable if you're using parenthesis😉 but it's not impossible. In fact, a wink can be created similarly (though I don't think this is that big of a deal😉 and therefore, I'm not really sure why I created this thread (except ot show poor examples of this happening while typing.)

well, you can't use my colon, because I am using it..........

Try using quotes inside of parentheses, and see what happens....
