assuming that we have 20 million cash (meaning that either there was no tax on the winnings in some alternate universe, or we actually won 36 mil and 20 is whats left after the govt. gets its cut of your hard earned money) I would:
2 million for parents
1 million for siblings (500k each). 250K to be dispersed into their college funds, another 250K to be dispersed on their 40th birthdays.
15 million for personal living expenses (housing, clothes, food, etc.) for the rest of my life
1 million for weed and alcohol for the rest of my life
1 million to be used to buy U.S savings bonds. Whenever the bonds mature, I would use the million and any interest earned to buy more savings bonds. Repeat process until I have kids. Divide and disperse interest (anything in excess of 1 million) on their respective 18th birthdays. The 1 million itself will be divided and dispersed on their respective 30th birthdays.
