I've got some chicken breast...and a hot grill....

I was thinking about some kind of honey glaze....any ideas?

probably what you normally do, salt, white pepper.....is the skin still on?

No.

OK, it is on the grill, I put some oil on it.

Should I make a glaze?


Edit: OK, I'm going to make a honey and soy sauce glaze! Hope it works out!

no skin, au that's the best way to cook chicken breast. fry it skin down for about 5 mins than turn it over fire in some (😉) butter and put it in the oven for another 15 (ish)

i really haven't done any cooking in the last couple of days since i've been off, sunday night my dinner was alcohol, monday chinese takeout, tues left over chinese takeout and a can of chicken soup...plus junk and some fruit and yogurt in between.

tis true what they say cook ALL day at work and can't be assed when you're off. will have to do something tomorrow though....look for the pizza takeout number 😵
