Smoked turkey and pepperjack cheese sandwich with lettuce, mayo and hot sauce. Two 16 oz. Monster (brand) energy drinks. Several cigarettes.

Getting old...fruits & vegetables, cut out the salt, cut back on coffee...helps keep the blood pressure down. Probably have liver spots next.
