I like the way some words sound like choatic (annunciated as a K) It just has a sound that matches it's meaning.
umbra, penumbra, onomatopoeia, there are so many more cool sounding ones.

Strangely enough I have something that tackles the problem from the other side. Written by Douglas Adams & John Lloyd, called "The deeper meaning of Liff"
"Liff (n): A common object or experience for which no word yet exists."
To solve the problem, the authors borrowed spare ones found loafing about on signposts.
For example, the first ent ...[text shortened]... ntelpiece."
If you know what it is but can't find the word, this is the book for you...

FLOCCINAUCINIHILIPILIFICATION
The longest word in the english language and an incredibly useful one in this day and age (but quite a mouthful)

Also; daydreamt, outdreamt, redreamt and undreamt.
I also like uncopyrightable for being the longest word with no repeated letters, but my favourites are STHENIA and SHEITAN both unusual and anagrams of each other 🙂
