I thought this way briefly when I was in my early 20's. Some of it is maturity and making your way to more rewarding experiences, good choices, etc. The blissful parts of life that you pit against the dismal ones are what matter.

Life will always include suffering, but it's not that important if you don't learn from it. Love and enlightenment are what make life worth living.

If you are depressed, get help, talk to a friend, do something you enjoy.
