The post that was quoted here has been removedI cannot remember ever wearing a petticoat. They're not particularly popular here nowadays. Except maybe for proms and debutante balls and some weddings. And I didn't go to my prom. I don't think you'd find a petticoat (or even crinoline) at Victoria's Secret.
