In Indonesia, yes.

If I am not mistaken I last wore a petticoat when I was in the chorus for Fiddler On The Roof as staged by my secondary school in circa. 1977.

in 1985 or 86, halloween, i dressed as a prostitute of great renown...
heels, fishnet stockings, miniskirt, huge balloons to simulate the correct figure under a semisheer top...

I cannot remember ever wearing a petticoat. They're not particularly popular here nowadays. Except maybe for proms and debutante balls and some weddings. And I didn't go to my prom. I don't think you'd find a petticoat (or even crinoline) at Victoria's Secret.

And no, even though she has many clothing lines in stores here, Victoria's Secret is an American lingerie store. No connection, AFAIK.

Never worn one but I have vague memories of taking one off.

They had a brief comeback in fashion in 1977. (ish)
