We'll be OK for a while. We are 90% percent off grid electrically with solar and batteries and harvest enough rainwater when we have a good downpour for a month. Rainwater is filtered and pumped into the house plumbing using the solar system.

I'm starting my automated 300 cubic meter aeroponics greenhouse this year too.

I'm not an apo-prepper, I just like to be in control of my own destiny as far as possible...

Also starting my beer brewing this year, because it's so fashionable to do. And then I can have a ridiculous beard unironically.

People won't sit and starve while you are tending to your vegetables and solar panels.
