look again in your heart and, in truth, you shall see that you are weeping for that which has been your delight.

How do you drown your sorrrows?
Take a shower, have a good meal, binge on beer, take the dog for a walk, meditate, pray, find a partner to talk to, etc.?
How do you cope with your sorrows, assuming you experience them now and again?

i usually find that i got myself into the mood and i have to get myself out, talking to people never works. taking a shower with loud music on is a good one though... it has to be during the day for that to work though. sunlight is important in mood swings.
Originally posted by trev33I find walking is good too, and my dog appreciates it. That gets the daylight that you mentioned as well as the exercise in fresh air instead of the gym.

As for the music, you have to know the blues to appreciate the blues, so it always does sound better when you are on a downer.
Hope you cheer up soon 🙂

I try to accept that life is not always a vale of light and laughter, that there are dark spots, and move on.
I don't always succeed... but it's the only thing which works, for me at least, in the long term.
