My PC crashed downloading a vista update. I posted a question about it. Just forgot to reply in the stramash that came after.

Many people have had problems with that Vista...I am sticking with XP for now. Better half has the Vista in her computer. You do know you need at least 2 gigs of Ram to run that, or that is what the techs I know been telling me, and that you should probably have 3 or 4gigs.

I am sure you know all that anyways!

it was a specific issue with a service pack, that people all over the world are having problems with.

Wow, that is impressive! Obviously doesn't need all the memory Vista does. That is a huge difference, if it is stable will be a big seller for sure.

Really, she just had hers put in on Monday. A tech friend of mine built a new computer here and installed Vista, and didn't have any problem with it. At least he didn't mention having a problem with it.
