Oh no. It just happened again. Why me? Why do I jump back in time, only to find that things aren't repeating themselves exactly as before? This thread was started three or so weeks ago, and now... it's back to a few posts... how is this possible?.. was it really you who started the thread, or has time also warped reality as I found myself in the temporal wake of the cause for this strange phenomenon? I still use Marroquin+Brushed steel on a standard sized board... It's the best. 🙂

.... also - I only use one color at a time, like checkers. It really throws off my opponents.

I use the book pieces with chrome plate board.
For playing OTB I like a roll up vinyl board a weighted wooden pieces about 4 inch kings. I like digital clocks as opposed to analog.I carry both types of clocks and 2 sets to clubs.It seems people always go to chess club yet don't bring a set or a clock. 🙄

I play or have played at alot of different sites,and i must say Russ
offers the best choice of pieces and back ground or boards
that I have ever seen.Awsome choices, and not stupid cartoon
pieces. All look very playable to me.
