At first i was gonna say bobby fischer because of his play, but after seeing how he acts and thinks(prejudice), i think i will model my play and life after Capablanca--a master of the end game, and a conceited man who KNEW he was the best. For now on, when i play in tournaments, i won't be nervous, cuz i know i am going to win. Even if i lose, i will know i should of won 🙂.

also, it is rumored that Capablanca was a playboy, always getting the women.

for me it is 9th world champion Tigran Petrosian. he was great at anticipating his opponents' plans and choking them off almost before they could get started. often his opponents resigned with a sense of relief, having no play.

Leko, for whatever reason. I see his moves more clearly than I see any other GM's.

*Sighs*. At the moment I'm just aspiring to to be like you Dale. At least you've not lost 263 games.

Aljechin. He once got lost over here where I live, arriving too late and too drunk for a worldchampion match with Euwe. I can relate to that, I still get lost here sometimes. The Aljechin-opening is also a good reason. It's provocative, I like that.

None. I hope to get good enough to have players style themselves after me.

I don't pretend to model myself after any player, but I admire David Bronstein's style.
