I would think that anyone maliciously spreading rumors that were unfounded and
totally untrue should be slapped with a permanent posting ban.

We all know who he/she is!!

Threads with hidden agendas are no fun and probably have no place in a public forum. If you have something private to say to someone, say it in a 'private message'?
