Suzie Q arrived in 2003 and the post you show isn't until 2004. She said it had been in use before she got here. Not saying it isn't possible that he may have started it.

Phlabs would also have been my bet, but I don't know if he was around at that time before 2003?

He got here 6 months or so ahead of me.

I do have a memory of it suddenly being used a lot, and 2004 was right after 2003, so my memory may not be what it used to be.
