I just started a new job at a company called Infinera putting together 1 terabit/second optical fiber multiplexers, very complex stuff indeed. I am an old time RF dude, and work with coax cables like RG 58, 59, RG8, and the small stuff RG143, small diameter coax. One total surprise was this gadget I am putting together uses a part called a DCO and there are 128 coax cables feeding the inputs to the fiber but that coax is like the diameter of a pencil lead, I am still shocked there could be coax that tiny. And over a hundred of them in this box! Anyway I can't play much more than 1 minute games now on Lichess, been really busy and overtime on weekends.
Right now am off to a fiddle festival, I have been a musician for most of my life, folk music, acoustic guitar, mandolin, fiddle, keyboards and now up to 257 tracks on a site called Soundcloud. I could send you link if you are interested, not many folks care about old folk tunes so I totally understand if you are not also.
So that's my story and I am sticking with it🙂

Those who are in the gang, KNOW it and KNOW their roles BECAUSE I haven't told them anything. This is BECAUSE the people suited to be in my gang are NOT the kind of people who need to be told. Those of you who have not heard from me KNOW what this means. And that's why I've NOT needed to tell you.
