I couldn't get there myself but managed to get it on mp3, along with their last ever gig in maida vale. They will be missed.

I once saw the Chemical Brothers play a live set in the Heavenly Social, many years ago, when a friend of ours was dating the bassist from Death in Vegas.

Yup, Belgium.

Two of them (the bros i think) also go under the monkier of "2 many djs" which started (or at least were there at the start) the whole "chop up and remix ol songs" craze for which theres currently loads of websites and bedroom remixers.

You can get some pretty good mixes at this site if interested.

Ones I can remember off the top of my head:

Radiohead
Eurythmics
Depeche Mode
Napalm Death
Stereo MCs
Paddy Casey (who the **** is he? I heard you ask. He is big in Ireland, not so much everywhere else)
Roger Whittaker (not out of choice, was dragged along with my parents as a kid)
Jasper Carrott (ok, he is a stand up comedian, but he sang a few songs, if I recall correctly)

Going to see Interpol next month, that should be good. :-)

Me too - Brixton Academy on the 8th, I think.
Will likely be the person standing next to that one irritating bloke in the crowd who's continually requesting a cover of a Dolly Parton song.... (as he did during the quiet bit at a Low gig a couple of weeks back).
