I doubt slicing can be fast if it's not done by some strict anal retentive system, exactly the same way for years and years. if you keep varying the way you cut things, you'll have to think what you're doing, which is just slow.

its not that you don't sent out good sh't its that you have it in your head what going on and its sent out fast and good. fast and sh't gets sent back even in the worst restaurants.

'strict anal retentive system' is a bit strong but everything has a correct way of being chopped, the more you chop something properly the faster you get.
