“I should be in charge” said Russ the brain. “I run all the forums and without me nothing would be as it is”
“I should be in charge” said Very Rusty the life blood. “I post in all the forums and without me there would be nothing to read and moan about and you would all be bored.”
“I should be in charge” said Crowley the large stomach. “I process all the complaints and keep the forums vibrant”
“I should be in charge” said Seitse the marvellous legs. “I run all over everybody in the forums and allow the forums to be what they are”
“I should be in charge” said Phlabibit the all seeing eyes. “I dictate what everyone can see in the forums”
“I should be in charge” said Red Night the waste disposing rectum. “I am responsible for waste removal.
The rest of the forum members all laughed at Red Night and insulted him, so in a huff he decided to shut down.
Within a few days Russ had a terrible headache, Crowley felt bloated, Seitse was wandering about aimlessly, Phlabibit could barely see for watery eyes and Very Rusty was even more toxic than normal.
They all decided that Red Night should be the boss.
The Moral of the story. The ass hole is usually in charge. 😛

I would generally respond with, "Who am I engaging with, who wants to be in charge?"
Then I would wait for the rhetorical ass, who has dreams of being in charge, to swipe an insult at somebody else, who, incidentally, is generally of accord.

ok totally unrelated but sparked my memory...years ago when I was a boy i got hold of a playboy and one of the jokes in there showed a Army sgt standing in times sq and the caption was he with a look of amazment saying"all these people and nobody in charge"
Think that was why I chose the Army for a careerLOL
