Don't worry about him....You might consider putting something in your profile about your view on TO's. That way they know you always time out and you know they were given fair warning.
Just like mine says...I take the skull. Don't care who it is, what kind of game it is, where they live, who is winning, what square their knight is on......I time out every time and I don't cry when my opponent does it to me. In fact, I apologize for not moving and congratulate them on a win when I get TO'd.
