Right, guess this is going to flag me but, damn it all this is too much now.
(Yes I do realise this was started as an April fool, but frankly I'm reaching a low tolerance point).
As far as I understand it, the PRIVATE forums are supposed to be exactly that: PRIVATE.
What is said or conspires there entirely privileged to the the members who have not only PAID for the rights to use those forums but have been invited by the clan leaders to participate there.
This continual censorship is starting to become too bloody much.
Its like a never ending Spy Vs. Spy war.
Personally I could care less about all the inter clan wars. Chess is essentially a competition, the clans compete against each other for points.
OBVIOUSLY there will be smack talk and dislike among some clans.
As for all the cheating which has been taking place, quite a few people have been removed and good riddance to them. A person who cheats to improve his or her rating is only fooling themselves and its a pathetic attempt to boost their ego on a website.
Further more, the banning of players without explanation or reason only fuels the fires where all of this is concerned. I'm seeing a lot of players who have been here for a considerable amount of time being removed forcibly, I think it only fair to explain WHY the moderators have seen it fit to do so for the sake of those members who have friends among these people.
What has been happening to TFC over the last few months? Why is the community here suddenly under a barrage of attack and censorship? Why are the very people who pay subscriptions which help this site stay up and running being removed and why are our privileges as paying members being removed?
I for one would like some answers please.
