Some would say that 8 threads in Culture are about 8 too many.
My viewpoint is that if "a person" is looking to take part in the forum, perhaps they should maybe start a thread or two.

If Russ added "trivial", "boring" or "too obvious" to reasons for alerting posts, you wouldn't last a fortnight.
