Wicked salad dressing

I discovered this simple recipe and I reckon it's amazing: -

3 desert spoons olive oil
2 desert spoons white wine vinegar
1 desert spoon yoghurt
1 tea spoon Dijon mustard
Black cracked pepper to taste
