Point taken. However, that as of yet is still illegal.

I find the trend disturbing. If you don't, I understand somewhat.
Or I understand people's kneejerk reaction to what they may consider vigilante extremism.

I think we men, should take the initiative to decide "Do we really want to let this tendency grow to be a common matter."

...[text shortened]... . etc."

Don't you think you have to think some of these trends through sometimes ?
what would Kim Kardashian think of your efforts?

I didn't want to say anything, but here is what happened.

I was walking down the street. I saw this woman. I said, "WOW! She's HOT"!

Before I knew what happened several men surrounded her and she got gang raped.

I won't do that again.

This might be a refreshing change.

I'd give the speaker of that line a few more minutes of my attention than another drooling idiot using the word "hot", that's for sure.

Vocabulary goes a long way.
Maybe your not hot?

The problem with some people like the Eye Roller here is that they are like people in a room full folks with the strong smell of garlic on their breath.

At first it stinks. Stay there long enough and you get use to the smell.

The poster sees no harm in this classification of women as "hot".

You really need to see a shrink sooner rather than later.

You have an horrific attitude towards women if you believe that a man thinking a women is hot means he want to hump her.

There are women who know full well that their deliberate appearance can make men "hot" with lust

What exactly does that mean? Is it an attractive size 10/12/14 wearing an outfit that reveals a shapely leg, a little cleavage? A size 18/20/22 in a two piece bikini?
A women in a burka?

Pop culture should not discribe women as "hot". This is destructive and dehumanizing.

An observer may say he is hot with his own greedy lust for the appearance of some female. He should discribe his own feeling and not project it on to the woman that she is "hot".

This saying of "hot" women is the lattest male dominated cultural munipulation and fl his plunge to discribe various women as "hot" women. It is more degrading media hype.
Haha! This is kind of funny.

Interesting that as a man you are against using the word "hot" as you think it endangers women in some way. It belittles them, does it? How are you not objectifying women here? Here we go: let's blame the woman for dressing like a slut so all the men go lusty and rape her! The solution to gang rape AND lust in one fell swoop: stop using the word "hot." Genius! All the gang rapers will be pissed.

Your proposal shrinks the real value of women and men alike. Appraisal in the human world is natural, healthy, keeps the species going and well, is enjoyable.

Any day of the week I would be pleased to be called "hot" as long as nobody gang rapes me.

STAY BACK!
