Maybe you need to look at what the h does to the sound of the previous consonant in a lot of Gaelic words like the name Siobhan. (Just guessing)

I can look until I'm blue in the face but that still doesn't make sense. I accept the way the words are pronounced but "F"...come on. Gimme a break. 🙂
